Order placement
Order online
You can find a product either by brand, by keyword or from the main Category on the top of the page. You can place an order either as a registered customer or as a guest. Once the order is completed, it is not possible to make any changes.
An order confirmation will be send to you as soon as you placed an order. When the order leaves the warehouse you will receive a confirmation that your order has been sent to you. Finally, they will contact you by phone either to notify you which office you will have to receive or to arrange the delivery time.
We are cooperating with Gap Akis Express for the deliveries.

You can specify the office that you want to be delivered on comments area of your order.If you wish to change delivery address please contact us within 8 hours of placing the order.
Order by Phone
Orders can also be made by phone at 22374640. We do not accept cards in orders by phone, payment must be made either by cash on delivery or by bank transfer.
Order Receipt
Receipt of the order from either the warehouse or delivery offices can only be made by people over the age of 18.
Receives from the Warehouse
Receives from the warehouse are made, on the day and time they will be determined by phone contact with you.
Delivery
We currently deliver only within the Republic of Cyprus.
Orders are delivered in 24 to 48 hours.
Delivery days are from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.
Saturday - Sunday and public holidays we do not deliver.
Charges
1. Nicosia, Larnaca, Famagusta, Limassol and Paphos Urban and Rural Areas
€3,00 per 18 Kg with VAT to be received from your nearest courier office
Free Pickups for orders over €60.
2. Nicosia, Larnaca, Famagusta, Limassol and Paphos Urban Areas
€ 6,00 per 18Kg with VAT for home delivery
